need recipe for for this to feed 150 people ...also need to know how to stuff these croissants. was told you could stuff them by making a hole into the croissant  ...need instruction for this also...am doing reception myself with help from friends.. thanking you in advance

You cannot stuff croissants by punching a hole in them unless
you have the $4500.00 machine that does the punching and the
filling--like a jelly donut nozzle.  Croissants are a very poor
choice of bread as they tend to fall apart and crumble to
bits when sliced. This means a lot of waste as the caterers will
lose a lot of expensive croissants during the prep.  Depending
on the size of the croissants, you will need 4-6 oz per sandwich.
