Cooking for Parties/teenage dance party

Question
I am planning a birthday dance party for approx 90 teenagers (about 45 girls and 45 boys).  I was thinking of doing soda and water, hamburg bbq and snacks (chips and dip, vegetable tray, and cookie cakes.  How much hamburger and how many rolls do you think I would need?  Also I have read your other suggestions that you should have 16 ounces of non alcoholic beverages per person, but do you think that would be enough considering they will be active and probably more thirsty than normal?
Thank you so much!

Answer
16 oz is the MINIMUM per person at a sit-down dinner.  Active teens will probably need more than twice the amount. You will need 6 ounces of uncooked beef per person, 1 bun per person (if you have teenage boys you will need 1.5 buns per person and 9 ounces of beef per person for seconds for the boys) 2-3 oz of chips/dip per person, 2-3 oz of veggies/dip per person and 1.5 dessert servings per person as teens like sweets. I'd get drinks in the 2 liter bottles because they are cheapest that way and Kool-aid is very cheap to make.  I would not spend the money on the bottled water.
