Cooking for Parties/Grad party for 200

Question
I am having a graduation party for my son and we are planning on having a taco bar.  I was thinking of both ground beef and shredded chicken for the meat.  Using both hard and soft shells with toppings of lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and sour cream.  Also I will have spanish rice and refried beans, and tortilla chips and salsa.    How much of each item would I need to feed 200 people.  A mix of both teens and adults.  Thanks so much for your help.

Answer
Figure 4 tacos per person, 4 oz of rice and 4 oz of beans per person, 2 oz of chips and 3 oz of salsa per person.  Don't forget beverages and paper products!  Have fun!
I'd have beef and hard tacos only--there's no way to predict who will have what if you give them a choice so you will end up with a lot of waste.
