Do you have a good, tried and true, recipe for sloppy joes for 100 people? I want to make them ahead of time and freeze them. Is that feasible?

Here's a super Sloppy Joe recipe and I guess you could freeze it, there's no ingredients that would suffer from being frozen.  It has been rated by more than 1600 people as a 5-star recipe.  I've scaled it for 100 servings for you, and I've also put a recipe for 4 servings so that you could taste it beforehand.

Here's the recipe for 100

25 pounds lean ground beef
6-1/4 cups chopped onion
6-1/4 cups chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup and 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
18-3/4 cups ketchup (1 GALLON PLUS 2 3/4 CUPS)
1-1/2 cups and 1 tablespoon brown sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Here's the recipe for 4 so you can sample them:

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
3/4 cup ketchup
3 teaspoons brown sugar
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
