Cooking for Parties/Lasagna recipe

Question
Hi Teri, I just found this site and appreciate the wealth of information you have shared.  I saw a posting for lasagna which said you had given your recipe in the past.  I have reviewed the headings of questions and read the ones related to lasagna but so far can't find the recipe.  I need to make lasagna for about 200 people.  I would not want to cook the noodles beforehand.
Thanks

Answer
I always cook the noodles first so I don't really know how my sauce will work with uncooked noodles--I think you need to add a cup or so of water to the sauce before cooking.
Here's the sauce recipe, and the cheese is ricotta with some garlic and an egg beaten into it add a bit of parsley.
Spaghetti/Pasta sauce.
1-11/2 lbs ground beef
4 15oz cans any cheap tomato sauce
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp Basil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS Italian Seasoning blend (Spice Islands)
1 bay leaf
2 tsp fennel seed
1/2 c. sugar (trust me)
1 tsp accent
crushed red pepper (for hot and spicy, optional)
Brown the beef, add the rest of the stuff, bring to a boil. Cool, boil,
cool, boil.
