Cooking for Parties/75th Birthday Party

Question
Am planning a 75th Birthday party for my mother. I have sent the invitations (approx 120) invited. Have the venue, and music but have no idea what to serve for food as it all needs to be cold as there is no oven to reheat food at the venue. Should I plan a cold buffet or just finger foods. If you say finger foods please give me some ideas.

Answer
I'd do a cold sandwich and cold finger foods with a dessert buffet. You could serve potato and pasta salad, cold garlic green beans (delicious by the way) cold cuts with breads/rolls and condiments,
fruit dip, veggie dip and a dessert bar of plain cheesecake with a toppings bar, cream puffs and a regular cake.
