I'm hosting a party for seventy-seven people, mostly teens. It seems tacky, but I need all (or mostly all) white food, under a budget of two-hundred and fifty dollars. The main catch is: It needs to be vegetarian. It can include dairy or eggs, but not fish, red meat or white meat. We are ordering pizza bianca, but aren't sure what other food we should cook. I was thinking something a bit more sophisticated than the pizza.

If they wanted sophisticated food they should get off vegetables and try meat. At any rate, stick with the pizza. It's the best you can do on what you are spending--good thing they are vegetarians--you can't afford meat. Chips and dip--use white corn dip and make a white bean dip.
