Question
I am going to cook (grill) chicken for 60 people. How much boneless chicken breast should I buy? Also, I'm making salsa and guacamole...how many pounds of tomatoes and how many avocado?

Answer
I would do 1.5 breasts per person (unless they are very small--then I would do 2 per person). Some will eat one, some will eat two but you'll have enough for seconds for the hearty eaters. As for the tomatoes and avocados, not seeing the recipes or knowing the recipe yields means I can't tell you the answer, but you will need about 2 ounces of each per person and 3 ounces of chips per person depending on how many other items you are serving.
