how much sliced turkey for 100 people
This is much to vague of a question for an answer other than the standard catering rule of 7 oz per person. There are too many variables that you didn't mention for me to give you a comprehensive answer. You are welcome to ask again if you need clarification but there are many factors: What time of day? What else are you serving? Is it a special event like Thanksgiving where people eat more? Is it a buffet or plated dinner? Are you serving sandwiches for a luncheon? Is turkey the only entree? Is the turkey on the bone or boneless? All of these questions can factor into and change the answer.
