Cooking for Parties/dinner for women's group


I'm wondering if my menu is enough food for eight women.  I'm serving a light dinner of wonton soup and a chinese chicken salad.  I plan on serving a dinner roll and a light dessert along with that.  If this is enough, do you suggest I serve both the soup and salad at the same time, or the soup first?

It should be plenty, but I'd make a little extra in case they want seconds and if not the leftovers can go to work with you for lunch.  Never serve soup and salad at the same time.  Soup gets cold and dressing wilts lettuce and other greens.  Serve the soup first.
