Question Due diabetes and heart disease, my wife has reworked a number of dessert recipes and even invented her own that are sugar-free (Splenda) or low sugar. How can she market this skill? She is legally disabled due to her physical problems but yet desires to do something that is beneficial for others and profitable for us.
Answer Hi Rob,
That's a tough one to answer since there are SO many sources for recipes of all types, and so many free resources online. You might want to delve into some small bizz web sites such as http://www.businessownersideacafe.com/ for help. Of course starting with a good business plan is always the best thing to do. A business plan will help give you direction and figure out answers to these and other questions you'll have along the way. S.C.O.R.E. has some great free ones along with other resources.
