Answer I am a personal chef... quite different from a typical chef.
Did not attend any culinary school.
Have owned my own catering bizz and personal chef bizz... teach cooking classes and dabble in other foodie things.
I have piles of my own recipes. I have never made recipes for celebrities.
My best dish and what folks beg me for are my collards... and egg rolls.
