May a company logo/label etc. is registerable as an artistic work in US copyright office (although the same is registered as trademark)?

Yes, you can file a logo or label with the US Copyright Office using a Visual Arts application. However, please be aware that this only protects the design as just that, a design. To protect it IN CONNECTION with goods and/or services, a trademark must be filed.
