hello. this question isnt directed at you but you had a very reasonable answer for someone who had been scammed.
my question is this: why is this site taking ads & $$$ from a known scam outfit= Davison? theyre crawling all over the sponsored links.
anyway hope you can pass this to someone with a conscience that can do something about it; keep up the great work & thx for ur
time & patience-Ray
This is my second attempt to answer your question.
When I point out this to the contacts I have at Allexperts, they pass the buck, blaiming Google.
Maybe a lawsuit against Allexperts would get their attention.
I usually add on to my answers a warning about the various scams. Usually Davidson is at the top of the list, along with Invention Submission Corporation, IP&R, Worldwide Patent Assistance, Absolutely New Idea, and a few others.
You should file a complaint with the Attorney General in your state. Point out that Davidson had a multi-million dollar judgement against them in a Federal Court for their misdeeds. Also, complain to the Patent Office at their web site, www.uspto.gov
As they say in Detroit, don't get mad, get even.
