Answer
Short answer: Don't send anyone money up front for "marketing services" or "invention marketing" especially "Patent Assistance Worldwide"

My web site http://www.evansville.net/biz/patagent is a good free resource on information. My "Inventors Resources" page has a link to the Ron Riley scam alert page, where many of the invention marketing scammers are listed, in detail. I believe Patent Assistance Worldwide is either in that listing, or will be shortly.

The Ron Riley site does not have all the scammers listed, because as they are identified, many change their names.

Invention Submission Corp. Inventtech, IPR, Absolutely New, Absolutely New Idea, Franklin Forge, Davidson, are just a few of the more prominent people that come to mind.

I also have a book review page of helpful texts available from your local free public library.

Some of the scammers even advertise on Allexperts. Allexperts says it is Google's fault, they have no control over it. So, don't trust the advertisers here either.

I hope that helps. Best wishes on your project.

If you need a Patent Agent for filing a patent applictation, I will be happy to help. I charge for that, but my fees are very competitive. My email address: patagent@evansville.net

I hope that helps!
