Is Patent Assistance Worldwide a reputable company and if not, who can I trust to patent my idea. I live in Medford Oregon

Dear Jason,

I'm not familiar with that company offhand. I can say that patents are very complicated & if you've got an invention that you truly want to be sure is protected fully, spend the money to talk to a patent attorney. It's worth it to having something done right the first time.

That being said, there's nothing wrong with educating yourself a bit about this subject.

NOLO is a great, free informational site. Also, be sure to read what the USPTO (United States Patent & Trademark Office) has to say about patents.
