Where could I find a standard template for the required details to submit a Business Plan for a copyright?
Mark, I am not sure I understand the question. If you are asking how you file a copyright on a business plan, just file it like any other copyright. The us copyright office makes it very user friendly. Go through the steps that outline for filing on their website (www.copyright.gov), pay and upload the file.
