Question
I wonder how a man with a special idea can achieve his goal of running his network without even know how to program.I believe many people have this problem because they can't hire a programmer who will be the first to steal their idea. You will be my hero if you can find a way of protecting my idea so that i can hopefully give the project to be done .Thank you very much,i appreciate your time

Answer
My suggestion would be a confidentiality agreement that is enforceable in the part of the world  in which you want to do business

Copyright law is probably your best bet, as not many countries support business methods patents.

I hope this helps.

Best wishes on your project.
