Question
Kindly do correct me if this is the right content for writing the provisional application:
1)Field of the Invention
2) Background of the Invention
3)Brief Description of the Drawing
4)Detailed Description

And kindly to correct me if these are the form needed:
1)Specification
2)Fee Cover-sheet
3)Provisional Cover Sheet

Answer
On the content, all are okay, but all that is required is a detailed description of the invention and drawings to support the description, as needed. While it is a serious document, it is relatively informal. However, the other items are a good thing, in that they are in there when you follow up with the informal.

Also, on the forms, I only use 3) Cover Sheet for a Provisional Application for Patent & I staple my check or money order to the cover sheet, so it won't get lost. (Loose checks sometimes get lost.)

Also, last I heard, you need a U.S. mailing address, and the patent office doesn't send correspondence outside of the U.S.

Best wishes on your project!
