Good day
Can you tell me if i could display the copyright notice on images i take without actually registering the copyright.
I have heard people say that you can display the copyright notice on images without registering it.
Let me know.

Answer
Yes, I do it frequently.
However, if you want to sue someone in a Federal court, you must register it with our Uncle Sam.
I am told by my attorney that one who doesn't register it with our Uncle Sam can still sue in a state court. But consult your own attorney on these matters as am not an attorney. Also, this is
