Question
What is the penalty for knowingly vopying a patented product?

Answer
Recourse options for the patent holder:

A lawsuit for triple damages against you, your distribution channels such as wharehouses, jobbers, distributors, stores, and the end customers.

A court "cease & desist" order.

In the case of imports, petitioning the FTC to confiscate the offending products at the point of entry into the country.

There are others I can't think of off hand.

This is a case where it may be easier to get permission than forgiveness,
