Question
hi,
what a good software that can help me edit the red eyes i use photoshop and it take me a long time to do it (20 mins)or maybe i use a inefficient function. can u give me some advice

cheers

Answer
Asks -

Removing red-eye in a flash-lit photo can be very
tiresome.  The simplest way, in any good photo editor,
is to select the red areas in the eyes, and then apply
color adjustment and desaturation.  I usually use the
magic wand tool to make the selection.

With Photoshop, there is a better way (which also works
in newer versions of PhotoPaint): paint into a fresh
layer, and then use that layer to desaturate!  It is
explained quite well in this tutorial:

In PhotoPaint 12, there is a red-eye removal tool in the
touch-up flyout.  It works pretty well for simple cases.

Hope this helps...

Experienced user of versions 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and X3 mostly for web page graphics, some photo retouching, some technical document illustration. Right now I only have versions 12 and X3 available to me, so I'll be best at answering questions about those.
