Corel Photo Paint/saving movie clips

Question
When I open a movie clip to add some effect or such thing and then save it, the color changes a bit. When I save, under FORMAT it says "mpeg" or "mpeg2" STREAM "video" and I put the QUALITY botton all the way to the right, and the MOTION COMPRESSION is at "fastest algorithm."

What's the best setting to use when I save a clip to maintain the best video quality?

Answer
Jim,

I'm sorry, but I don't see those particular settings
in my copy of PhotoPaint.  What version do you have?
I've only got 12 and 13 installed on my machine at the
moment.

Anyway, putting the quality slides all the way to the
right will make for better quality but much larger file
size.  However, choosing "fastest algorithm" is probably
not ideal for quality.  For the very best quality, you'll
want to select an algorithm or codec that does very
effective motion compression, and it will take time.

Sorry I can't give you more details than that.  Good
luck...
