Corel Photo Paint/transparency

Question
I copied and pasted a picture into another picture and was able to give it levels of transparency. But I forgot exactly how I did it. Any idea how I can give a selected pasted object transparency?

Answer
Jim,

In much of the Corel interface, transparency is
called opacity.  (They are just complements of
eachother.  100% opaque = 0% transparent.)

In all the recent versions of Corel Photopaint,
object opacity can be controlled in two ways:

    1. In the Objects docker, there is a little
box that controls "opacity".  The default
is 100, meaning 100% opaque.  You can
click in the icon next to the box to adjust
the opacity, or you can just type in a
number, like 50.  If you don't see the
Objects docker, go to the Windows menu and
enable it from the Dockers sub-menu.

    2. In the Object Properties dialog, there is a
opacity slider that goes from 0 (invisible)
to 100 (opaque).  You can get the Object
Properties dialog by selecting an object
       and right-clicking, then picking
       'Object Properties..' from the menu.

That's about it.  Hope this helps...
