Question
I am not able to import jpeg files in coral 12. As soon as
I did that, whole coral goes off from screen. Even the same
if I click preview on coral import page. I used Coral X4, a
trial version for few days. Now its not in my computer any
more. I tried a lot by reinstalling Coral 12 many times.
But faces the same problem. Please help on this.

It sounds as if there is some other problem with your PC. I expect it would solve the problem if you wipe the hard drive and start from scratch, but it's a bit drastic if there is another way.

Instead of importing your .JPG file, have you tried drag-and-drop?

PS It's COREL, not CORAL, der!
