CorelDraw/Print Merge

Question
Ok, so I know how to create and upload a single file of numbers in Excel for numbering invoices that I made in Corel Draw 12, but this only works when I am numbering an invoice that is the size of a full page. My issue comes when I have half sheet invoices (two on each page) and I need two different numbers on each page in different locations. The print merge still will only let me upload one file of numbers. I CAN edit the first file to add a different set of numbers, but I have to type every single number which will take hours, because I have 1000 invoices to do. If you can make sense of all that and still have an answer I would soooo appreciate it.

Answer
I'm sure this is possible using vbscript/macros but I have no experience of using it with CorelDraw, therefore I can't offer any suggestions at all. The solution would be long-winded to say the least.

If this were my own problem I would choose a more suitable program than CorelDraw for my invoices. I'm not a fan of Word for example, but it will probably do what you want.

Expertise

My main area of continuous expertise with CorelDraw involves setting press advertisements and I have rarely used it to produce complex drawings. However as director of a small company I have amassed a good deal of background knowledge of computers, various printers and networks over the years. When it comes to problem-solving, I have a long history of having nobody to ask but myself and, lately, the internet!
