Hi
I have Intel C2D, with 4 GB RAM and 250 Gb Hard disk System. Corel Draw preforming very slow while opening the files which comes from out side (file size: 1.75 MB). I have 300 fonts in my fonts folder. Note : The file which I had recieved was having vector graphic only.
Can you help me how I cam increese preformance of Corel Application.

Some time ago my copy of Textpad opened very slowly (about 10-15 seconds) and the problem turned out to be that it was looking for a network folder which had been removed.

So, I would check that all of the folders which CorelDraw looks for still exist (templates folder, output folder etc etc).

Apart from that I don't know what to suggest. I presume the files you are opening are on a local drive (not CD or flash disk, which can be slow) and the drive is not heavily fragmented.
