CorelDraw/Coreldraw 9

Question
Have CorelDraw 9 ... have just upgraded to Windows 7 ... when I install ttf fonts, I get a duplicate set of type 1 fonts. I cannot delete the type 1 fonts. If I change all the fonts in a file to the true type font, and save it ... when I open it back up, the fonts have changed back to the type 1 font.
We tried a free trial of Corel 15 ... it did the same thing.

Answer
Hi Bruce

I've not encountered this problem before and it's not happened on my Windows 7 system running X4.

To be honest it sounds like a Windows issue, perhaps you could try asking one of the Windows Experts instead. I hope you get it sorted.

Best wishes

Expertise

My main area of continuous expertise with CorelDraw involves setting press advertisements and I have rarely used it to produce complex drawings. However as director of a small company I have amassed a good deal of background knowledge of computers, various printers and networks over the years. When it comes to problem-solving, I have a long history of having nobody to ask but myself and, lately, the internet!

My first printer was a Star LC10 Colour and I once paid £1745 for an HP Laserjet III.
