Answer
Your printer is doing its best but producing an error of about 1.8%. I think this is quite good for a laser printer.

You did not tell me which model of Samsung ML you are using. The cheap ones use SPL (Samsung Printer Language) whereas the dearer ones use PCL5e and PostScript 3. Of these choices, Postscript is likely to be your most accurate and I suggest you use the PostScript driver if this is possible (You will end up with TWO separate printers in your Printers dialog).

Finally, you might be able to make size adjustments in your Print dialog. Click Print/Print Preview and choose the Pick Tool from the toolbar on the left. Click once on your drawing to enable the adjustment boxes at the top. You can then adjust the size% figures with the arrow buttons.

Expertise

My main area of continuous expertise with CorelDraw involves setting press advertisements and I have rarely used it to produce complex drawings. However as director of a small company I have amassed a good deal of background knowledge of computers, various printers and networks over the years. When it comes to problem-solving, I have a long history of having nobody to ask but myself and, lately, the internet!

My first printer was a Star LC10 Colour and I once paid £1745 for an HP Laserjet III.
