My wife and I was married in San Jose back in the early 90's by Luis Carballo's brother who was a notary. At the time we owned a small hotel in Manuel Antonio. We have never been able to obtain a marriage license to prove we are married in the US. Can you be of any assistance. Also what ever happened about the Viallobos Brothers, we were also investors.

Yes, I can help you obtain a marriage certificate from Costa Rica, it takes a about a week for the certificate and the process for it to be ready to register in the US.
You will need to send me the full name of the bride and groom and the date of marriage, if you have the passport or id numbers that may also help.
