Question
I am in a rentista process in Costa Rica now. I have my expediente number but not even a provisional status.
I met a Filipino woman I would like to join me in my life in Costa Rica. She gets a 30 day tourist visa and we can do visa runs to Nicaragua for a while. Are there any "good" options for her to reside here? Your post said they were changing the marriage laws. Is marrying a Tico still an option?
What services might you be able to provide toward getting residency for her?

Hello, yes I can help you with the immigration and legal process in Costa Rica.
I will have to review your file, bring a copy of your file if you have it.
Marrying a Costarrican citizen is still an option with the exception that now the person will have temporary residency for three years and after that it will be permanant residency, if you like you can call me for us to meet at my office in Rohrmoser.
With the new law the visa runs are only acceptable one time.
