Costa Rica/name change

Question
I read one of your answers on name change so I thought I would ask you a question, but if you can't answer it don't worry about it. I am not going to ask about legalities. Some people just don't like their given first or last name because it might sound too ethnic. So they want to anglicize it but they don't know how to make an alternate choice. Do you know if there is a website that offers choices? For example: suppose my first name is "Ngo" but I want to anglicize it. I might opt for "Noah" instead, but that's easy for me because I can see the possibility. Where would a person who hasn't got a clue go to see other possible name choices? Or perhaps you can suggest another category on allExperts where I can ask the question. Thanks.

Answer
A person can change their name to a different one even though it doesn´t sound like his birth name, if they want to anglicize it they can do a simple web search and scan through lsits of names and choose one that they like, then start the legal procedure.
