Hola.  Mi esposo tiene una motocicleta y queremos enviarsela a mi papa en CR.  He investigado un poco, pero es dificil encontrar la informacion adecuada.  Vivimos en Oregon, y no se cual seria el mejor puerto de salida.  Tampoco se las regulaciones en Costa Rica.  Que puedo hacer?  Muchas gracias, Debbie.

Tiene razón, es difícil conseguir información sobre este tema, pero le voy a dar tres links que creo van a ser útiles:
