About Hank
Expertise
I`ve had jobs that spanned the borders of 11 states including Hawaii. I`ve had the best, the inbetween and the lowest jobs known to mankind. Thus, I`ve associated with all walks of life. I`ve heard their hardships, their problems, their frustrations ... you name it! They were my master companions. I`d take a shot at answering almost any question that has to do with survival etc.

Experience
Some 31 years 'on the road' associating with all types of people. I also had quite a few sociology classes in college. You might want to check my Homepage that will take you to my two Websites. Try http://homepages.about.com/hokamp/. I'm also answering questions in five categories for AskMe.com.

Organizations
Phi Delta Theta Fraternity; Noon Optimists; Paralegal Assns.

Publications
Champaign New-Gazette, Champaign, IL (Feature Writer & City Reporter); Galveston News-Tribune, Galveston, TX (Feature Writer). I hope to find a publisher for my non-fiction book manuscript that I completed a short time ago. It's about subjective thinking and surviving in the 21st century. Some 220 pages!

Education/Credentials
University of Illinois, Westminster College, University of Arkansas (Class of 1955), Southern Career Institute. Also a Certified YMCA Physical Director.

Awards and Honors
Some 46 Athletic awards, mostly in golf and baseball.

Answer

Well, Ram, it's like this. You're no longer in college. It's 2006 and your future is ahead of you. God gave you free-will (choice) to do what you wish. With this free-will comes will-power. You need self-confidence NOW! Tell yourself what you WANT to do (get a job) and go get it! Don't stop until you do! In re: Having a baby. You had better consider planned parenthood for obvious reasons, namely money, the status of your marriage, your habits etc. I'd get a job and work for at least a year. Then take inventory of your status in life. That's when you might determine you can afford  a baby. "A stitch in time saves nine." You don't want to end up on Welfare. On balance: You said you have alot of time on your hands. Make good use of it by looking for a job, maintaining your home and acquiring friends. Take on an entry-level position at some fast-food place for the sole purpose of gaining experience in the workplace. It's up to you, Ram, and none other!
