I know Juice Newton recorded this song, but was it ever recorded by a male singer? and if so, who was it?

This song was written by Robert Young and, although it's always possible that a male singer recorded it, I don't personally know of any such recording can find no evidence of one in my searches.

If you ever find information on a male recording of this song, please let me know.
