The song you are looking for is by Wesley Dennis and is called "Don't Make Me feel at Home".  I believe this song was released as a single but unfortunately didn't do to well on the charts. This self-titled album was came out in 1995 and I personally recommend getting the complete cd (can find one for a few dollars on ebay!), it is a great one!
