And I (G) keep ‘em in my piggy bank and I believe there’s thirty-(A)-five

And (G) mama how much (A) time will that buy (D) me
Is it e-(G)-nough to take me (D) camping in a (C) tent down by the (A) creek
(G) If I’m a little (F#) short then how much (Bm) more does (A) daddy (G) need
To (Em) spend some (A) time with (D) me

Brief break (G) (F#m) (Bm) (G) (Bm) (A) (D)

(G) Mama how much (A) time will this buy (D) me
Is it e-(G)-nough for just an (D) afternoon, a (C) day or a whole (A) week
(G) If I’m a little (F#) short then how much (Bm) more does (A) daddy (G) need
To (Em) spend some (A) time with (D) me

Mama takes her little man, (A) sets him on her lap
Starts (G) dialing up some numbers on the (A) phone
She says (D) daddy come home early, you don’t (A) have to chase that dollar
Cause your (G) little man has got one here at (D) home

I also actively research for other people, including local djs, music that no one else can find, especially being given just paraphrased lines of songs. I'm the one @ karaoke that usually gets asked, "Who did this song?" or "Do you know a song that goes" and if it's country, I usually can name the song and artist, sometimes give within a couple of years the year of release. I've got a lot of lyrics in my database, as well as friends with working musicians who do open mic jams who have even more extensive databases than I do.
