Country Music/Original song Title Needed

Question
I just came across a very rude Eskimo-Nell-like parody on Youtube of some obviously very famous North American ballad or folk-song - at least the tune sounds very familiar to me but I can't place the original title or words(sounds as though the original song is either a country- or folk-song). Here's the link for the parody(I apologise in advance for its language!):-

Any info re possible title of the original song being parodied would be most helpful.
