"Get Together" I have on cd but did not get the name.I am guessing late 90's early 2000's

Answer
Hello Cassie,

This song was recorded by several singers and groups and, as you cannot be sure of a recording date, it is hard to make a guess at which version you have. Maybe if I just list all those I know of, one of them might ring a bell with you.

Andy Williams, Jesse Colin Young, Lizz Wright, Wilson Phillips, Randy Stonehill, Ray Stevens, Kim Richey, Larry Rice, Sarah Pierce, Chad Mitchell Trio, Matt McKinney, Gene & Cher Klosner, Hamilton Camp, The Carpenters, Judy Collins, John Denver, Interfaith Fellowship Choir, Big Mountain, Fairport Convention, Indigo Girls, Jefferson Airplane, Jacj Jones, Kid Creole & The Coconuts, Keb' Mo', Gwen & Jerry Collins.

Glad to be of help. Cheers.......Mel.

Expertise

I have been hooked on Country music since first hearing Jim Reeves in the late 50s. Two of the greatest nights of my life were seeing The Mavericks and Reba McEntire live in London. I am more at home with traditional Country music, but am happy to try and help with any questions relating to songs up to 2000. Please note that I DO NOT have the same knowledge about country music videos or singers private lives.

Ex-record merchandiser with an extensive personal record/cd collection containing everything from Jim Reeves to Dwight Yoakam.
