I've been a country music fan for all of my 25 years! I somehow have a knack for being able to remember all the words to all the songs (and who sang them for the most part) even though I can't carry a tune to save my life!

Question
I am looking for the male artist and the name of this song. In the video that I remember a man runs out of the house leaving his wife and little boy I believe, and hits a tree with a red convertible. The song goes something like I'm going to live like its the last day of my life. Can any one please help me?
