Question
Ok, so I remember a bit from the music video of the song: it's very late at
night and a guy's truck/car gets a flat tire, a stranger pulls over to help him,
the stranger explains why he helped. The guy that had the flat goes to a
diner, and a VERY pregnant woman waits on him. He lives her a $100 tip, and
lives a note on a napkin with the same words from the guy that helped him.
Then the guy goes home to his wife. I pretty sure this line was in there a bit:
"I've been there too."
Please help??

I think the song you're looking for is "The Chain of Love" by Clay Walker.  The video is circular in that the guy that stops in the beginning of the video to help the lady with the flat ends up being the waitress's husband waiting on her to get home at the end...really cool song.
