I was trying to remember a song by a female artist that came out in late 80's or very early 90's about a husband and wife; husband's name was Edward, can't remember wife's name.  The song told a story.  Can you help?

Hi Sandra!  I think the song you're looking for is Kathy Mattea's "Where Have You Been?"  The husband's name is Edwin, and the wife's name is Claire.  (This song is so sad!  It makes me cry every time I hear it!)  Hope this helps!
