I would like to know who wrote and who recorded "There's Two Sides To Every Story".

Hello Don,

That song was recorded by Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys, and was written by Fred Rose.

Dick Powell also recorded a song by the same name, but, as you stipulate "old country song", I would think that you are referring to the Bob Wills recording.
