Question
first question:

trying to remember the original artist of the song "Remember The Ride" - "he spent his days with horses, and his nights with rosalee..." I know it wasn't doug stone or perfect stranger. would you know where I could look, or know who it was?

second question:

This is a very old country song I used to hear it on cmt ages back.. all I have is part of the chorus. "A is for amber, like the fire burning bright, b is for blue like the moon turned that night and c is for crimson, like the roses i brought... these are forever the colors of love" I can't find a listing for the song anywhere  let alone remember the artist.

Answer
Hello Brennan,

"Remember The Ride" was a minor Country hit for Perfect Stranger in 1996.

The other song is a bit more obscure. I am checking into that one will get back to you as soon as I can find anything out about it.

Glad to be of help. Cheers........Mel.

Expertise

I have been hooked on Country music since first hearing Jim Reeves in the late 50s. Two of the greatest nights of my life were seeing The Mavericks and Reba McEntire live in London. I am more at home with traditional Country music, but am happy to try and help with any questions relating to songs up to 2000. Please note that I DO NOT have the same knowledge about country music videos or singers private lives.
