Country Music/roses

Question
i think it's called roses but am not for sure story about a little girl whos mom dies when she is young on her wedding day there is a dozen roses that the card says from mom.. the radio stations said that it was so sad that they wasn't going to play it anymore.

Hello Debbie,

I think you may be referring to a song called "A DOZEN RED ROSES" which was a hit for Tammy Graham in 1997.

The only difference to the song that you describe, is that in Tammy's song a father's love reaches beyond his early passing to touch his daughter on her wedding day, not her mother.

Other than that, it would appear to be the same song.
