Crafts/Gluing Beads to candles

Question
I am trying to glue small beads to pillar candles for decoration gifts and I can't seem to find the right glue. I have wiped the candle with alcohol and have tried tacky craft glue to roll the candle in the beads and its not working. Any suggestions on a glue that will work?

Answer
Dear Leah - Below is a link where you can buy candle glue, made especially for candles.

I also would suggest trying the redline double-stick tape, which is strong enough to adhere glass beads to pens, glass and more.  you can cut it into patterns.  It is available in sheets or rolls of varying widths in craft stores and scrapbooking stores.

Good luck. I hope this helps.
