Question
Hi Joanie

I recently purchased a new home, and the lady of this house done alot of painting on the walls and was obvious very talented. She painted a design on a wooden blind in my daughter's room, and she wants it off!!
Can you give me any suggestions on how to remove this paint from this blind without ruining the wood? Or is there a special wood color paint I can use to just paint over the colored paint to make it look back to orginality?

Thanks,
Julie

Answer
Hi,
I can make a few suggestions for the problem, one is you could sand the design off and then just use a clear varnish to keep the wood look, or you can go to you home store for a paint that will match the wood, or even paint it a different color that would best please your daughter. I hope this helps, good luck.
Joanie
