Dear are many casting methods

Low pressure casting , sand casting , centrifugal , ...


Sqeez casting is when the mettal ( or the meterial ) is not liquid nor solid . It is just at the braking point.

you can compare it with not yet ice , but to solid to be water.

In sqeez casting tubes of " non solid non liquid " material are squeezed with pressure into a steel diecast mould.
Then it solifies.

The benifits are :

lower thermic loss
faster production rate

The downsides are :

you need a high production serie
Works only with a select amount of materials.
