BETWEEN 12 BILLS I AM 12K IN DEBT & WONDER IF TAKING A LOAN to pay off these bills COULD BE A RESOURCEFUL WAY OF FIXING MY CREDIT IN BETTER TIME? these oldest bill is about 4 yrs past due & the newest is about 10mths past due
