Credit Repair/rebuilding my credit
Expert: David McArthur - 4/14/2009
QuestionHello Sir. At one time my credit was quite good, then after getting myself in over my head and taking a chance that didn't work out for me, my credit went very bad when I was not able to pay my bills on time (paid very late). I avoided bankruptcy and the other scary words, and by working two full-time jobs and the occasional temp work when my schedule permited, I am now on the verge of being out of debt entirely. My concern now is getting my credit back up to a respectable level, one that would allow me to purchase a house and car, make the ususal uses of credit that which bad credit cannot do. Other than just allowing enough time to pass, what can I do to to speed up the process/extra things I can do for my credit?
Thank you,
Doug
